Chasity grew up in Elba, AL and now resides in Headland. She received both of her undergraduate degree as well as her Master’s degree in Nursing from Troy University. Chasity is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Chasity was previously employed by Southeast Health as an Intensivist Nurse Practitioner in the critical care unit before joining our team at Pulmonary Associates.
